Over the last 2 years, my forties are creeping up on me and I have gained 5-6 pounds. Since January, I have ramped up my workouts and really tried to watch what I eat and gave up wine altogether. But so far, I haven’t lost anything:(. I swam really hard and lifted this morning and am now taking the dog for a swift, short walk in hopes that moving around more will make a difference!!
