After mostly running on hilly trails, I decided to see if my time improved running on pavement and…..it did!! Yeah! I guess it’s all worth it. Off to the gym to lift…

    I’m glad your getting faster. I seem to be stuck at one speed. But after this week I’m going to change my program up a bit. Hopefully I can knock off some seconds.

    Yes, I was stuck for quite a while too. I am attempting 10 miles this morning and am kind of dreading it, I must not be a true runner?? Best wishes on improving your time!
