		<description>Hey, I decided to comment on your entry regarding your question about my back.  I have had back issues off and on for the past 20 years it seems like.  It was much worse in my 20's when I didn't take care of it as well.  Now the only time it goes out is when I do something stupid like lift something wrong.  This was a bad one for me, lasting about 2 weeks, but most of the time it gets better after a day or two.  I try to do a lot to strengthen my core so that helps.
