		<description>I agree about the trails, but I love running on them.  I run on a dirt bike trail. It's sandy, lumpy, and bumpy. It's kind of nice because it gives me something to think about (where I put my feet).  It makes the time go by faster, for me.   And I think it strengthens all those little muscles and tendons around your ankle that you wouldn't normaly be using, on a flat surfice.</description>
