Since I’ve been running more than swimming lately, my min/mile times are slowly improving. I hope to continue running without injury/pain. Heading out to go camping tomorrow so may not be able to get any “real” exercise in, especially since there is no shower/lake-don’t want to stink up camp!

Took the boat today and had lots of fun! Did some surfing and tubing. I forgot my wetsuit, but didn’t really need it after all.
Did a short open water swim and guessed on the yardage according to my watch. I am always a bit slower in open water. It was 103 degrees today and am exhausted after a hot day in the sun and my legs are still tired from my run yesterday.

I joined a running group this morning and only wanted to go about 4-5 miles, but ended up going over 6. But it was fine. They are a nice bunch of people and kept my pace up. They even had water stations set up every mile.
